Student and teacher registration processes are streamlined and convenient, with all lesson details.
Tutors can replace fragmented messages with dynamic registration links, ensuring that each new profile is verified and accurate before entering the central database.
3. Comprehensive Enrollment Setup
Defining the long-term foundation of the tutor-student relationship by configuring rates, subjects, and schedules.
This step maps out the logistical DNA of each student, setting the stage for a fully automated and personalized CRM experience.
4. Student's Learning Hub
A student profile that centralizes lesson history, reminders, shared files, and payment status.
The profile contains all the information needed by the private tutor and helps him/her track payments, important notifications, tests, and homework.
5. Student List Management
Tool for sorting and filtering students by different statuses.
Private teachers can instantly switch between active profiles and monitor students who have not paid, or students who have not scheduled a lesson in a while.

Reflection & Design Goals
This project was a study in Empathetic UX. Knowing that tutors often manage their business 'on the go' between lessons, I prioritized a mobile-first interface that simplifies administrative burdens.
The design was crafted to tackle the 'invisible' tasks like payment tracking and schedule management, allowing the user to focus on teaching rather than logistics.
The goal was to create a tool that feels less like 'management software' and more like a supportive assistant for the independent educator.
